General Terms and Conditions

As a member of the public, you may purchase many of the YFER – Core of Life products. There are, however, some products due to copyright protection, are only available to COL trained facilitators and if these are being ordered we will need your details of when and where you trained. If the purchaser is unable to access this information, YFER will contact them individually to discuss it further.

The COL Instructor manual is ONLY available to COL trained Instructors

Privacy

YFER will never share your personal details with any other organisation or person.  We will not store your account details and we will not provide your mailing details to any third party.

Buying Goods and Services

Any purchase made through this website will be with YFER P/L which has a head office in Shelley Beach NSW. The Australian Business Number (ABN) is 56131243037 and the registered business address is 2 Harbour St, Bateau Bay 2261, NSW, Australia.

YFER is entitled to withdraw from any transaction in the case of obvious errors or inaccuracies regarding the products on the website. If an error or inaccuracy is discovered, you will be notified as soon as possible by email, to correct the error and to ask if you wish to continue with the transaction or cancel the order or registration.

There are various ways to pay for YFER products.
